On 16 June, Circuit Hero-One Race 3 is held under great anticipation. Pole position starter is Zun Motorsport Crew #38 Adderly Fong. As a former F1 test driver, he is a very capable driver. Second on the grid is Jiayan Racing #69 Julio Acosta who has already won twice in class C in the Spring Race. Shaanxi Tianshi Racing #37 Wiser Massimilliano is third on the grid. He has raced in various races globally since 2008 and is a racing veteran. The top 3 are all driving Audi R8 LMS GT3. This is going to be a great race among top drivers.

The race begins after a formation lap using a rolling start. The experienced Adderly Fong takes the lead and runs at his own rhythm, taking every corner as precisely as possible. At T7, third placed man Wiser Massimilliano’s race car’s underside suddenly came loose, dropping some debris at the corner. Behind him, #94 Guan Yue-Ming hits the wall at T14, giving more tension to the race.

On lap 5, #8 Lin Yi-Ming makes a mistake at T4, he then hits the wall as he tries to get back on track. In the last laps of the race, #66 Guan Fang-Yuen makes multiple tickets but each time she is able to return to the track. On the contrary #10 Zhang Sui-Long and #91 Liang Yong-Chao are not so lucky. They lose control of their cars and have to retire from the race.

In the end the 15 laps race is complete, Zun Motorsport Crew #38 Adderly Fong crosses the line first. Jiayan Racing #69 Julio Acosta and Shaanxi Tianshi Racing #37 Wiser Massimilliano are second and third respectively.

After the race, winning driver Adderly Fong said, “I am very happy to have won this race. I can feel the great atmosphere of Pan Delta race series. The competition is very strong. Fortunately I am driving a familiar race car and I know the tyre conditions. I think I will perform even better in the next race.” Second placed driver said, “This was a tough race, even though my speed was good. We need to improve for the next race.”

Circuit Hero-One will hold its fourth race tomorrow morning, it will be another great battle!
