On 15 September 2019, Pan Delta Super Racing Festival - Autumn Race welcomes its final day of competition. In the Circuit Hero-One Race 3, #6 Kelvin Leong takes overall victory with a commanding advantage. #26 Filipe Souza finishes second overall and TRC #27 Li Ka-Hei finishes third overall. At 10:40 in the morning, the race officially begins. After the reconnaissance lap, the race begins with a rolling start. #28 Jerome Badaraco makes a strong start and leaps into the lead. #26 Filipe Souza follows in second place. TRC #27 Li Ka-Hei runs third. At the end of the lap, Filipe Souza late breaks into turn 14 to overtake Jerome Badaraco and retakes the race lead. |

On lap 4, Li Ka-Hei misses his braking point at turn 4 and is passed by Kelvin Leong. Kelvin Leong then begins to attack Jerome Badaraco and successfully overtakes him for second place. On lap 5, Kelvin Leong passes Filipe Souza for the race lead at turn 14. |

On lap 9, #18 Cheng Chun-Hua moves up to fifth place and second in class B. If he can maintain this result to race finish, then Kelvin Leong will not be able to win the class B title. At the end of the race, race leader Kelvin Leong enjoys a 4 seconds advantage, Souza is maintaining his position and not giving chase. Fourth placed Li Ka-Hei successfully passes Jerome Badaraco on the last lap and takes third place overall. |

The chequered flag waves and the race is over. #6 Kelvin Leong wins the race overall with a clear advantage. He also finishes in second place in the class B standings. Filipe Souza takes second overall and is the class A champion. TRC Racing driver #27 Li Ka-Hei finishes second overall and is third overall in the class A title chase. After the race, Kelvin Leong said his race car has been suffering from mechanical problems. His team of mechanics worked overnight last night to resolve it, allowing him to perform steadily today. Filipe Souza said his car was not in good condition, therefore he lost out to Jerome Badaraco at the start. After he overtook Badraco he again lost out to Kelvin Leong. As Kelvin Leong is in a different class he did not fight hard, just focused on winning the class. |
