On 26 March 2023, the first member meeting of the fifth session of the Guangdong Automobile and Motor Sports Federation was held in Zhaoqing City.

The meeting passed the new articles of federation, and elected a new board of directors and board of supervisors for the federation. Mr. Jenkins Zhan , chairman of Zhuhai International Circuit Co., Ltd., was appointed as the vice president of Guangdong Automobile and Motor Sports Federation.
