In the afternoon of 18 September 2016, as the tyre smoke clears after the Pan Delta Red Bull Drift Battle, this season of Pan Delta Super Racing Festival is complete. The champions of every race category have been crowned, champagne have sprayed freely, flash lights go off endlessly, this is a moment for drivers. The exciting race season is still fresh in the Pan Delta fans’ minds. All the hard work carried out by the teams, mechanics and other personnel finally paid off.

Circuit Hero reaches climax as champions are crowned

In the races, the competitions are fierce. The drivers are not just fighting for race wins, they are also fighting for series titles. Even before the race has begun, the teams and drivers were studying the points tables to understand what they need to win the title. In most categories there are points variations, overall the competition is fierce although in some classes the title is within grasp. No matter the points situation, the drivers will want to add another feather to their caps. The whole atmosphere is electric, the races turned out to be exciting, giving the Pan Delta fans a great season finale.

The class titles for the Circuit Hero series of races are awarded accordingly at the end of the event. In Circuit Hero-One, the GT3 class top 3 are Guo Guo-Xin, Liu Peng and John Shen. In GT class, Huang Xi-Zhan, Edgar Lau and Enzo Lok took the top 3 positions. The Open class winners are Jon Flinn and Chen Yi-Nian. Class A is won by Xie Rui-Lin, followed by Cheng Chun-Hua and Tommy Chan. Class B winners are Ulrich Sanne, Chen Tian-Yang and Jiao Peng. Class C top 3 are Tang Gui-Wen, Li Ye-Long and Zhang De-Xiang.

In Circuit Hero-Two, the top 3 of each class are as follows: A1 Liu Peng, Che Liang and Huang Dong-Xiong; A2 Chen Bing-Xiong, Kuang Can-Wei, Luo Zheng-Lin; A3 Wang Guo-Yu, Tan Jia-Jun, He Shi-Le; A5 Tan Hao-De, Zhong De-Hao and Li Liang-Feng; A6 Li Su-Bao, Zhu Hua-Yu and Hao Yi-Min.

In ZIC Superbike 600cc class, Ouyang Fu, Ma Sai and Ouyang Hao are the top 3 in class 1. Class 2 are won by Yuan Ji-Bo, Huang Zhi-Yu and Huang He. For the 1000cc Open A class, Mark Aitchison, Huang Shi-Zhao and Karl Roe are the top 3 while Open B class is won by Li Zheng-Peng, Zhang Wei-An and Simon Kwan.

In the Red Bull Drift Battle steeple chase, Federico Sceriffo, Xue Kun, Jake Jones are the top 3 finishers. In the Red Bull Drift Battle itself, Emmanuelle Amandio, Liu Zhuo and Federico Sceriffo are the top 3 respectively.

Pan Delta is famed for its comprehensive fans service and this race is no exception. The gourmet food stalls, commercial stalls and live shows give the fans more fun than just the race. A large number of fans have come to experience the event. Pan Delta once again sees a big crowd on Saturday. Although Sunday is already 3 days after the Mid-Autumn festival, the grandstand was still filled with people, cheering and urging the drivers on. Asian Le Mans Zhuhai Round
