22 Mar 2015 Populest motorsport regions united: ZIC signs agreement with Nanjing Wantrack International Autopark

On 22 March 2015, Zhuhai International Circuit signs a co-operation agreement with Nanjing Wantrack International Autopark during the Pan Delta Super Racing Festival. This signifies the union between the earliest permanent race circuit in China with the latest, as well as a union between the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta, the two populest region in China.

National Sports Bureau Auto and Motor Sport Manangement Centre Officer Mr. Zhan Guo-Jun, Nanjing Wantrack International Autopark Board Director Mr. Liu Zhen, NWIA General Manager Mr. Dou Xiong, Zhuhai International Circuit Board Director Mr. Jenkins Zhan and Zhuhai International Circuit General Manager Mr. Stewart Tan attended the agreement signing ceremony. The two sides sign the agreement and exchange presents in front of hundreds of media members.

The co-operative strategy is comprehensive, including sharing of motorsport event resources, commercial resources and professional technical staff.

Zhuhai International Circuit is the first permanent racing circuit in China and it has over 20 years of international and national motorsport event management and promotion experience. Not only does the circuit facility enjoy high usage, its unique self-made events are highly popular. Pan Delta Super Racing Festival is one of the most influential, popular and professional race event in China. After 11 years of operation, it is now widely acknowledged by all levels of society.

Nanjing Wantrack International Autopark is the first FIA approved international race circuit in Jiangsu province. Jiangsu is also one of the more prosperous economies in China. The circuit is located at Nanjing City's Lishui Development Area. It is the eighth professional race circuit of China. Apart from the professional circuit, it also has a twenty thousand sq m test drive plaza, a rally circuit, kart circuit and a 5 star auto culture themed hotel. Currently the circuit receives many commercial activity, brand exposure, press conference, annual meetings and customer thanksgiving bookings.

After years of development, ZIC's management has matured. Pan Delta and Circuit Hero have grown in popularity. Nanjing Wantrack International Autopark is located in the Yangtze River Delta and in terms of economy, motorsport fans and car tuning, this area is well advanced. The combination of the oldest and latest circuits in China should bring joy to the fans, as the interaction between the circuits can only result in better and more racing.
