24 Dec 2013 Circuit Hero Motorcycle Race

The newly introduced Circuit Hero Motorcycle Race is held at 11:50 on 22 December (Sunday). Zhuhai is enjoying fine weather with good sunshine and a temperature of 15 degrees C.

The race is divided into 3 different classes, National 600cc, 250cc and 150cc. There are 19 participating riders and all of them are motorcycle enthusiasts. ZIC hopes that this race will help to infuse new blood for the ZIC Superbike Race in the Pan Delta Super Racing Festival.

After watching the ZIC Superbike 3 Hours Race in the morning, the riders should have been able to pick up a trick or two before their own race. The race begins prompty at 11:50am. After the warm-up lap, the riders line up on the grid, wait for the red light to go off and the race begins.

After 8 laps of intense competition, the winner of the national class and overall is no. 12 Hao Xiao-Qiang. No. 32 Wei Jian-Hong finishes second and no. 7 Guang Ming-Hui takes third place.

250cc class is won by no. 99 Chen Jia-Wen. No. 6 Huang Yu-Heng is second as no. 28 Ma Xiao-Bin takes third place. 150cc class' top 2 are: no. 30 Wang Jia-Dong, and no. 11 Jia Lei. No other riders finished the race in this class.

ZIC hopes that the riders will continue to involve themselves in motorcycle sports and continue to participate in ZIC or the world's races.
