24 Dec 2013 Circuit Hero Motorcycle Race - Qualifying

The latest race introduced by Zhuhai International Circuit, the Circuit Hero Motorcycle Race, holds its qualifying session at 2:20pm on Saturday 21 December 2013. The weather in Zhuhai is fine with good sunshine, temperature at 15 degrees C.

There are three different categories: National 600cc, 250cc and 150cc. A total of 19 riders have joined the race, all of them are motorcycle enthusiasts. ZIC hopes that this race will help to infuse more new blood into Pan Delta's ZIC Superbike Championship.

In qualifying, the three national 600 motorcycles successfully make use of their superior horsepower to claim the top three positions. No. 12 Hao Xiao-Qiang's Huang Long 600 motorcycle takes pole position with 2:02.818. His two teammates, no. 32 Wei Jian-Hong and no. 10 Guang Ming-Hui are second and third with 2:03.849 and 2:04.041 respectively.

In the 250cc class, no. 99 Chen Jia-Wen's Honda 250 takes class pole and fourth overall with 2:07.887. In the 150cc class, no. 8 Zhou Zhi-Rong is fastest in class with 2:20.782.

The race will begin at 12pm tomorrow and will last 8 laps.
