Photo: Zhuhai (Guangdong, China), 6 HOURS ZHUHAI, WARM-UP, November 13, 2011. The competitors were eager to do battle in the final pre-race testing.
At three hours from the start of the 6 Hours of Zhuhai, the competitors did not take any risks, especially as the track (21C) was shrouded in a morning mist.
Sebastien Bourdais in Peugeot #7 in 1'23''733 lead, closely followed by Allan McNish (who will start) in the Audi #2, who improved his time a few minutes before the end of warm-up. Marcel Fässler followed in the #1 Audi and Peugeot with Franck Montagny in #8.
Same order as for qualifications in the LM P2 prototypes with Signatech-Nissan #26 ahead of OAK Racing #35. Almost the same ranking also in LM GTE Pro with two BMW first and third, framing a Ferrari, but this time, one of the Luxury Racing.
In LM GTE Am, the Larbre Corvette took control by a small margin over the CRS Racing Ferrari, which will start from pole.
The start is at 11:00 local time (3:00 am in UK).
