Tom Kristensen and Allan McNish set the best time of the second preliminary session of the 6 Hours of Zhuhai, the final round of the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup 2011.

In wet conditions again (as in the first session today), the two Audis (ten victories at Le Mans between them) seemed particularly comfortable with the Audi R18 TDI on the Zhuhai International Circuit. The Dane and the Scot turned 1'31''196, more than two seconds faster than during the first session. They are ahead of the Peugeot 908 Sebastien Bourdais/Anthony Davidson and the other R18 Timo Bernhard/Marcel Fässler. Fourth, the Rebellion Racing Lola-Toyota of Neel Jani/Nicolas Prost slipped in front of the second Peugeot of Montagny/Sarrazin.

In GT, the BMW M3 Farfus/Müller and Priaulx/Alzen set the two best times in LM GTE Pro, and the Larbre Corvette defended the LM GTE Am title gained at Petit Le Mans by setting the best performance LM GTE Am in general, the majority of competitors lapped faster than during the first session.
