22 Sep 2011 Audi Pan Delta welcomes 100 circuit heros as Sun Tit-Fan draws first blood
Circuit Hero has always been the main race in the Audi Pan Delta line-up. The race consists of amateurs and enthusiasts. This year, in order to give more motor sport enthusiasts the chance to experince track driving, Audi Pan Delta has re-organized its Circuit Hero structure to accommodate more cars.
In the autumn race, Audi Pan Delta introduced Lap Challenge, anybody with a valid driving license and has not raced in the 2011 Audi Pan Delta are free to enter. In this autumn race, more than 100 drivers decided to enter!
At 14:25 on 17th September, Circuit Hero One takes to the track. This group has less restrictions on car modifications. The 20 heavily modified monsters drive the crowd wild. Sun Tit-Fan blasts into the lead at the start while Bill O'Brien drives around turn 1 beautifully to claim second place. Zhong Fa-An runs third.
In the middle of the race, Sun Tit-Fan continues to extend his lead with no drivers able to challenge his position, while Zhong Fa-An is just 2 seconds behind Bill O'Brien. Their battle seems to have driven the pair to push harder and soon they can see the tail lights of Sun's car! Feeling the pressure from behind, Sun Tit-Fan pushes hard again and the lead grows back up to more than 10 seconds, killing off any hopes that O'Brien and Zhong might have.
In the last laps, Zhong Fa-An seems to struggle and begins to slow down. In the end, Sun Tit-Fan wins Circuit Hero One Race 1 by a huge margin, Bill O'Brien and Zhong Fa-An finish in second and third positions.
