BMW are the third force in the LM GT2 category of this inaugural Intercontinental Le Mans Cup, it was at Petit Le Mans that BMW has so far had their most convincing performance, with Rahal Letterman Racing. Team Schnitzer, the long standing official partner of BMW in Europe who raced at Silverstone, will be back to contest the Zhuhai 1000km with one car. Will they participate in the duel between Ferrari and Porsche? Whatever the final result at the end of the closing round of ILMC 2010, Rahal Letterman Racing demonstrated the reliability and potential of the BMW E92 M3, and it bodes well for the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup in 2011.

The Zhuhai 1 000km will take place on the 5th to the 7th of November 2010.
