The successfully held Asian Festival of Speed on 7-8 October provided a good opportunity for Asian drivers to demonstrate their talents.

 

On 4-5 November, during the 2000 China International Race in Zhuhai, drivers from various Asian countries and regions competed in the South East Asia Touring Car Zone Challenge and Asian Formula 2000 race with great success.
