29 Oct 2016 Perfect winning streak by Kenneth Lim in Clio Cup China Series

Renault Clio Cup China Series R9 had finished at 3:00pm. There was a total of 13 cars competing in this race with MK3 and MK4 Clio Cup car. Class A was again dominated by Kenneth Lim who had already took the champion since the first race. Although he was falling behind during start at the back of Leona Chin, he successfully took the chance and overtook her in the middle of the race and bringing the 9th champion to home. He also clocked the overall fastest lap time of 1:54.948. Leona Chin was having pressure from David Lau from behind but she defended very well and won by 1.6s in total.

Class B was a dog fight between the Road to Champion drivers Jay Wong and Louis Lai. Jay clocked the fastest lap in group with 1:59.665 and made himself the champion in the race. Louis defended well on Frank Yee and took the runner up.
