At 3pm on 21 June 2015, the huge number of entries of Circuit Hero Two gets on the grid. With 39 cars, it is the undisputed King of the races. The huge network of car tuners in the vicinity of the circuit have helped greatly with the popularity of the race.

According to the qualifying results from yesterday, the 52 entries have been narrowed down to just 40 starters for today's race. Scirocco driver Kuang Can-Wei is on the pole position, Zhuang Zhi-Jun is second in a Civic. Liu Peng, Lai Yi-Hui start on row 2. Although they are not all in the same class, but all drivers aim to be the overall winner.

The race begins and Kuang Can-Wei gets away well and take T1 in the lead. The cars behind follow in tight packs but are mostly alright, except for one driver who drives on to the grass at the end of the straight. Two cars appear to have come together and one of the is facing the opposite direction. Fortunately he is not collected by anyone. But as he is immobile, the race officials have to call for the safety car to come into action. But before that happens, #27 GT Tire Racing Team's Gao Ying-Jie stops on the grass at T13, the car appears to be damaged.

After one lap, the safety car leaves the track and the race resumes. Kuang Can-Wei continues to lead, Zhuang Zhi-Jun, Huang Gui-Hua, Zeng Jian-Wen follows. At the end of the main straight, #26 Lai Liang-Feng suddenly slows down, runs off the track and on to the grass. At T3-T4, another car stops on the grass by the side, again it looks like a mechanical problem.

#13 Wang Guo-Yu has lost half his bumper in the earlier altercations, but he is still fighting hard in the race. On lap 4 at T14, #38 Cheng Jian-Wei's race car carries too much speed into the corner and rolls over on its side in the sand trap, with the driver door on the sand. He is in a dangerous position and everyone is concerned for his safety. The safety car is quickly employed and marshals rush to the scene to help the driver get out of the car. The marshals steady the car and he is able to get out from the passenger door. Cheng Jian-Wei seems a little shaken. He is helped by the marshals to the medical centre for a check up, while his car is removed from the sand trap.

Even while the safety car is in use, a black race car stops on the grass, this is already the 8th car to retire in this race.

The safety car goes off into the pit lane and the race is resumed. With 3 laps to go, Kuang Can-Wei continues to lead, Zhuang Zhi-Jun and Huang Gui-Hua follow him. On lap 8, #12 Zeng Jian-Wen misses his braking at T1 and his hard braking causes a lot of white smoke as he almost hits another car. He loses his steering as he brakes and runs on to the grass. He loses a lot of ground as he slowly re-joins the race.

Kuang Can-Wei and Zhuang Zhi-Jun, the gap between them is just 1.5 seconds, but Zhuang does not appear to be able to challenge for the lead. Both finish the race without problem. In the end, Kuang Can-Wei takes the win, Zhuang Zhi-Jun finishes second, Huang Gui-Hua takes third place.

After the race, winner Kuang Can-Wei is very happy and he said, "Today's weather was very hot, it was not good for me. My car is a turbocharged car, while Zhuang Zhi-Jun's is a naturally aspirated car. Turbocharged cars can easily overheat in this type of weather. But luckily the safety car came out twice and led for 4 laps, giving me enough time to cool my turbocharger. So this really was my lucky day."

Zhuang Zhi-Jun is a little disappointed, "Today I came here expecting to win overall and in class. But the safety car ruined my plan. The safety car came out twice and that took away my advantage. Although I could run close, I could not attack. Okay I might not have been able to pass even without the safety car, but definitely I would have been closer and the race would have been more exciting."

Contrast these two lucky drivers with He Wei-Hang from Foshan. "The weather was too hot, the engine was too hot. I did not do much training and in the end both man and machine could not keep up. On top of that the tyres have done two races. I was in the class lead for 9 laps but at the last corner on the last lap I went off on my own. It was good I still made it to the finish. Although I only took third place, it is still good to get a trophy on Fathers' Day and not go home empty handed."
