24 Jun 2015 Keeping the good pace - Kenneth Lau obtained the second round Clio Cup China Series in qualifying

2015 Clio Cup China Series second qualifying had finished at 11:35am on 20th June. First round qualfying winner Kenneth Lau clocked the personal best of 1:56.827, while other drivers could only clocked at 1:58 range. Yu Kam Cheong clocked the fastest lap time of 1:56.619 during the beginning of session, although Kevin Tse and Ye Xing Ping pushed the pace, they could only took the 3rd and 4th position. Senna Iriawan from Humpuss Junior Racing Team jumped from 8th to 4th position in lap 3 by clocking 1:57.339.

Kenneth Ma pushed hard enough to pass Ye Xing Ping best lap time and closed the gap with Senna during the end of the session by just 0.05s differnce. Class B drivers Benny Yuen and Hu Cheng Wei were battling in the qualifying, while Benny was able to clock a faster lap time with just 0.019s difference. The 1st race will be starting at 9:10am on 21st June.
