What have you seen on track that is most impressive except supercars? I believe a lot of people will think of Circuit Hero-Drift. Indeed, every car lover has a special place for drifting. Drift is a form of oversteer that allows the car to go sideways. It is very cool and glamourous. The tyre smoke caused along with the engine noise, undoubtedly bring the crowd on their feet!
11:00 in the morning of 16 June, Pan Delta Super Racing Festival Summer Race Circuit Hero-Drift qualifying begins. Italian driver Federico Sceriffo, driving a Toyota Altezza and Japanese driver Orido Manabu in a BMW 1M perform on track. Their exciting moves are applauded by the fans. The two race cars almost simultaneously circle cones, the precision and skill demonstrated by both drivers is superb. The judges will award points based on the perfection level of the maneuver.
Next on track is Timmy Woo in a Toyota Supra. He drives it sideways at high speed and then turn it around, one exciting move after another. James Tang in his Toyota Altezza appears on the track burning donuts, further exciting the fans. Undoubtedly, the performances of these high level drivers are very, very impressive.
In the end, James Tang wins the qualifying session today, Federico Sceriffo finishes in second place. Orido Manabu is third. The steeplechase tomorrow will start at 12pm. It is going to be a very exciting contest.
