On 23rd March 2019, Pan Delta Super Racing Festival Spring Race officially begins. Circuit Hero-Three qualifying session ends in a downpour. After combining the two qualifying sessions results, in the end the pole position goes to TPR Racing #22 Wu Wen-Fa/Denise Yeung pairing.
In yesterday’s first qualifying session, TPR Racing #22 Wu Wen-Fa/Denise Yeung led the field with a 1:59.355 best lap. In the beginning of the second qualifying session, #77 Ryan Kuang/Lu Jia-Le get things going with 2:121.595. #3 He Wei-Hang/Zeng Xian-Xi are second.
With the rain easing away, there are also fewer on track incidents. Everyone begin to go faster. He Wei-Hang/Zeng Xian-Xi continues to place themselves second.
In the final stages, #28 Yang Si-Xing/Sun Jun-Long pairing gets in a 2:10.426 lap to go fastest. #36 PetroCanada Star Chase Racing Lei Jun-Bin/Fan Sheng-Sheng pairing get up to second place with 2:10.835, while #22 TPR Racing Wu Wen-Fa/Denise Yeung are third, 0.116 second behind.
But in the end, due to the wet weather conditions, no team can improve on their first qualifying session results. Therefore, Circuit Hero-Three pole position remains the property of TPR Racing #22 Wu Wen-Fa/Denise Yeung with their best time from Friday, a 1:59.355. PetroCanada Star Chase Racing #36 Lei Jun-Bin/Fan Sheng-Sheng are second and beaten by a tiny margin. Third place goes to #76 Tan Yun/Wu Hao pairing. #77 Ryan Kuang/Lu Jia-Le are in fourth place.
Tomorrow (24th March Sunday), Pan Delta Super Racing Festival Spring Race will enter its second and last race day. Circuit Hero-Three will commence at 10:00 a.m.. Who will emerge as the winner, let’s find out tomorrow!
