On 5 January 2019, Circuit Hero 700km Endurance Race hosts its qualifying session at the Zhuhai International Circuit. Car #77 driven by Ma Ka-Chun/Lin Yi-Ming/Adderly Fong and Shaun Thong is the fastest overall with a result of 1:30.633. The #7 driven by Wang Yuan/Guan Wei-Wen is second with a result of 1:36.583. The #3 of Eric Wong/Robert Webb/Anthony Chan/Dominic Ang Ding Xiong is in third place with a result of 1:40.319.

The 2019 Circuit Hero 700km Endurance Race qualifying session begins promptly at 15:30. The sky is downcast and air temperature is 19 degrees C. The participating cars are divided into two groups for qualifying, each group enjoys a 30 minutes session.

In the GT and A classes, Zun Motorsport Crew’s #77 manages a 1:33.630 best time to go top of the session provisionally. After that the car enters the pit twice to change drivers and keep improving on the fastest lap time. In the end the best time the car set is 1:30.633 and is the fastest overall. Shaanxi Tianshi Racing #36 car driven by Billy Lo/Zhang Hui-Long/David Lau makes a best lap of 1:42.537 on lap 3 and is the fastest in class A.

In classes B and C qualifying, Jack’s Racing #83, driven by Zhong De-Hao/Zeng Wei-Peng/Huang Wen-He sets a best lap of 1:50.907 on lap 3 and is fastest in class B. 778 Auto Sport #14, shared by Zeng Zhi-Long/Lo Ka-Chun, manages a 1:51.640 on lap 11 and becomes second in class B. Bai Wei TPR Racing A team #22 driven by Wu Wen-Fa/Long Xu-Hao does a best lap of 1:57.490 on lap 8 and takes the lead in class C. GDTV sports channel host Zhang Hai-Ning is sharing the #55 with Guo Hai-Sheng/Xiao Long/Deng Bao-Wei and they are in third place.

Tomorrow (6 January), the 2019 Circuit Hero 700km Endurance Race will begin at 12:30 p.m.. At Zhuhai International Circuit, the race distance is equivalent to 163 laps and takes 4 hours and 30 minutes. The two cars on the front row and from the same class and the same team， whoever wins it will be a race to enjoy!
